WERS is Going To Eat Up Jesse Dee
Jesse Dee creates the sound that WERS laps up. Since WERS is “music for the independent mind” you better like it or else you’re just a mindless drone of the MTV generation. Perhaps you disagree? Fair enough, but be careful because if you mention their highly predictable programming too loudly you’ll be shoved off for reeducation faster than old Chinese women who filing for protest permits at the Olympics.
That being said, Jesse Dee makes the most of his single, Slow Down. Crowd noise and heavy separation of the percussion instantly grab your attention and his slightly muted, classic soul vocals do well to carry the catchy tune.
