Shunda K, Bringem Making Music
A friend of mine from college has a blog that deals mostly with the arts - music, design, movies, etc., etc. He went to see Yo Majesty with Does It Offend You, Yeah? in Philly and enjoyed himself thoroughly. Apparently Yo Majesty actually showed up for their Philly show because last time they were in Boston we were given a lame 2/3rds version of the group…
…What’s with bands not bringing the whole group to Boston? We get 2/3rds of Yo Majesty and 3/4ers of Animal Collective last year. I don’t get it…
Regardless, Nick (from college and Jetty Life - buy clothes) is a pretty likable fellow, Shunda K discovered that and invited him into the studio where she’s been recording with Bringem. The following footage was the result and it seems to indicate the same frenetic style Yo Majesty is known for. It sounds like Yo Majesty - 2 + 1.
