The Heys Are Alright
The Heys are alright. The Brits like them because they’re somewhat brash guitar rock and Brits like that kind of thing. The Brits also like to use serious hyperbole, which is good and bad. It led to Oasis becoming bigger than god over there and promptly turning to shit, but it also leads to the exposure and legitimacy of underground American acts such as Sonic Youth and others.
Today, I enjoy brevity.
